*Dempster, Stephen G. Dominion and Dynasty: A Biblical Theology of the Hebrew Bible. Vol. 15. NSBT. Downers Grove, IL: IVP, 2013. As one might expect from the NSBT series, this is an OT theology that focuses not merely on prominent themes in the OT, but on its unfolding narrative. Includes a final chapter on links between the OT and the NT.

*DeRouchie, Jason S. What the Old Testament Authors Really Cared About: A Survey of Jesus' Bible. Grand Rapids, MI: Kregel, 2013. More of an OT introduction than theology, but unlike typical introductions, this book explores each book of the OT from an explicitly Christian perspective, covering not only each book’s contents but also its fulfillment in Jesus as clarified in the NT. It thus provides a wonderful biblical-theological overview of each OT book.
